Requesting a refund
If you contact us within one hour of purchase, we'll handle it individually. Please let us know the title of the game you purchased and the email address of your account. For requests made after the one-hour window — for example when a game doesn't work properly — we'll review the details and decide on a case-by-case basis.
Reporting infringement or inappropriate content
Every game page has a report button. Letting us know from there is the fastest and most reliable way. We review each report and, when we judge it necessary, take the game offline.
